CEQA STATUS: Categorically Exempt, Class-1 DATE NOTICES MAILED: February 27, 1998 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct an automated teller machine kiosk: Sections 18.06.050.022 - Minimum number of parking spaces. 18.06.080 (178 existing in the commercial center; 18.12.080.020 175 proposed) and 18.44.066.010 DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18'.12.080 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces in connection with an administrative adjustment if the deviation from the Code requirement is 10% or less (the proposal is less than a 2% deviation); and 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on March 11, 1998. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 135, subject to the following conditions: That within a period of one (1) year from the date of this decision, subject properly shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the. City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. Extensions for further time to complete this condition maybe granted in accordance with Section 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municipal Code. 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations.
