REQUEST: Waiver of the following to retain an existing six (6) foot high concrete block wall
located in the front yard setback within 4 to 6 feet of Country Hill Road:
Sections 18.04.043.100.101(a) - Maximum height of fences/walls.
Sections 18.12.080.015 - 3-f oot high wall permitted in the required 25-foot front yard;
and 18.23.064.070 6-foot high stucco concrete block wall proposed 4 to 6-feet from

DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced
Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections
having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. Thatthe request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080.015 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code which permits waiver of maximum fence height in connection with an
administrative adjustment;
2. That the stucco wall was constructed without prior City approval or permits and, in addition to
having obtained approval of this administrative adjustment, the petitioner shall be responsible for
obtaining the appropriate permit from the Building Division; and
2. That no written opposition was received during the required notification period which ended on
October 7, 1998, at 5:00 P.M.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No.
146, subject to the following conditions:
That within a period of three (3) months from the date of this decision, the petitioner shall obtain
the appropriate permit from the Building Division for the six (6) foot high stucco wall shown on
the site plan and photographs submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans
are on file with the Planning Department. marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. Extensions for further
time to complete this condition may be granted in accordance with Section 18.03.090 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code.
2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent
that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State
and Federal regulations. Approval does not ir4clude any action or findings as to compliance or
approval of the request regarding any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
