Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment No. 152, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080.020 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of maximum lot coverage in connection with an administrative adjustment when the proposal is no more than 10°~ greater than what is permitted by Code. 2. That no written opposition was received during the required'10-day notification period which ended on February 24, 1999. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determineao grant Administrative Adjustment No. 152 subject to the fio0owing conditions: 1. That within a period of wo (2) years from the date of this decision or prior to final building inspection, whichever occurs first, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance withplans andspecifications submitted o the City of Anaheim. by the. petitioner. and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
