That this request is hereby granted in accordance with subsection 18.12.080.010.0103 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permitswaiver of minimum side yard setbacks in connection with administrative adjustments when the maximum deviation is 20°r6 from the Zoning Code requirement. 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations.
