ZA 99-12 A DECISION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR GRANTING ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 158 REQUESTED BY: Jay and Barbara Cowen 3030 Breakers Drive Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 LOCATION: 2760 West Lincoln Avenue CEQA STATUS: CEQA Exempt, Section 15061(b)(3) DATE NOTICES MAILED: April 9, 1999 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to retain an existing block wall and wood fence extension for an existing motel and recreational vehicle park: Sections 18.04.043.100.102 - Maximum fence height. 18.12.080.0151 - 6 feet permitted along side property and 18.44.064.080 lines; 9 feet, 4 inches proposed along the east property line) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR .Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment No, 158, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written .objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080.0151: 1. That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 98.12.080. of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of maximum fence heights in connection with administrative adjustments. 2. That this block wall with wood fence extension' is proposed in connection with a motel and recreational vehicle park; and separates that business from the adjoining motel and travel trailer park. 3. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on April 21, 1999. 4. The written. support for the 9-foot, 4-inch block wall with wood fence extension was received. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 158, subject to the foAowing conditions: 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the. City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning .Department marked Exhibit No. 1. ' 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations.
