REQUEST: Waiver of the following to authorize an existing un-permitted 6-foot high wrought iron
fence within the required front setbacks adjacent to two street frontages:
Sections 18.04.043.101(x) - Maximum fence height.
18.12.080.015 (3 feet permitted in the existing 10-foot RS-7200
18.26.063.010 zone setback and the minimum 10-foot CL zone
18.26.064.1.10 setback along Harbor Blvd., and in the minimum
18.44.063.010 10-foot CL zone setback along Vermont Ave.;
and 18.44.064.030.080 6 feet existing)
DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced
Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having
been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That the northerly lot at 894 S. Harbor Boulevard is developed with a single family residence in
the RS-7200 (Residential, Single-Family) zone and the southerly lot at 896 South Harbor
Boulevard is developed with a medical clinic in the CL (Commercial, Limited) zone.
2. That the. request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code which permits waivers of maximum fence heights in both the RS-7200 and CL
zones in connection with administrative adjustments.
3. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which
ended on December 1, 1999..
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment
No.177, subject to the following conditions: .
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
.specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with
the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 (site plan)-and 2 (three photographs of the
fence).

2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent
that ft complies with the Anaheim Munidpal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and
Federal regulations. Approve{ does not indude any action or findings as to compliance or
approval of the request regarcJing any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
