and adopted by the following vote:

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schutte.
This being the time and place fixed for the opening of bids for
the $6,600,000 bonds of the City of Anaheim, California, designated
MUNICIPAL IN~ROVEMENT BONDS, ~LF~CTION 1960, SF_RIF_S A, and numbered 1 to
6,600, inclusive, the following bids received pursuant to the notice of
sale were publicly opened, examined and read:

Councilman Chandler moved to recess to allow time for the Finance
Director to veri{y and check the bids received. Councilman Thompson seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

AFTER RECESS
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schutte, 11:00 A.M.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Thompson and Schutteo
ABSENT : COUNCILMEN: Coons and Fry.
Miss Miller reported that tabulations were correct and that the bid
of Bank of America N.T. & S.A. - Wells Fargo Bank American Trust Co. were the
low bidders.
RESOLUTION NO. 6103: Councilman Chandler offered Resolution No. 6103 and moved
for its passage and adoption.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AWARDING $6,600,000 BONDS
OF SAID CITY TO THE BEST BIDDER AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS.
On roll call the foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted

Written consent to the holding of a special meeting, and waiver of
notice thereof, for the purpose of considering the commencement of the NORTH-
FAS/ ANNEXAIION NO. 3 and DOWLING-ORANGEIHORPE ANNEXATION, was signed by all
members of the City Council prior to said meeting.
Mayor Schutte called the meeting to order.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte.
ABSENT : COUNCILMEN: None.
PRESENT: CITY MANAGER: Keith A. Murdoch.

DOWLING-ORANGETHORPE ANNEXATION: Request for the consent to the con~nencement
of annexation proceedings was presented.
Map of the area proposed in said annexation was submitted and re-
viewed by the City Council.
Councilman Chandler moved said request be received and referred to
the City Planning Commission for report and recommendation. Councilman Coons
seconded said motion. MOTION CARRIED.
NORTHEAST ANNEXATION NO. 3: Request for consent to the commencement of annex-
ations proceedings was presented.
Map of the area p~oposed in said annexation was submitted and reviewed
by the City Council.
Councilman Chandler moved said request be received and referred to
the City Planning Commission for report and recommendation. Councilman Coons,
seonded said motion. NDTION CARRIED.
Councilman Chandler moved said meeting recess to 4:30 P.M., Councilman
Coons seconded the motion. MOTION CARRI~-D.
