Councilman Schutte nominated Councilman Wisser Mayor Pro Tern for the City of Anaheim. Councilman Fry seconded the nomination and moved the nominationi be closed. Mr. Abplanalp asked Anaheim, could it be excluded the City of Buena Park. that if his property was annexed to the City of from the City of Anaheim at a later date to go into Councilman Fry moved it be the concensus of the Council" that consent to the exclusion of this territory should be granted if-and when it becomes a part of the City of Anaheim in order that the present owner may obtain services from the City of Buena Park, with the ~nderstanding that they will he in a position to annex it later on, if they so desire~and are gOing to extend services. VARIANGE NO. 483, Submitted by Richard Garabedian requesting .permissi°n to use ~ne of the buildings on the property desCribed as 118 North Palm Street for Two Profes- sional Offices, with off-street parking at the rear of the building. The City Planning Commission, pursuant to their Resolution No. 109, granted said variance subject to the improvement of the area at the rear of the building for off-street parking as shown on the plot plan filed with the application. The City Council at their meeting held January 10, 1956 withheld action for further consideration, and at this-meeting, the City Council sustained the action taken hy the City Planning Commission.
