BALL-DALE ANNEXATION: The City Planning Commission's recommendation to the City
Council that the proposed Ball-Dale Annexation with the revised boundaries be
considered for annexation to the City of Anaheim was submitted and read.
Mr. Maxwell, one of the proponents in the pending West Anaheim Annexa=
tion No. 2, addressed the Council requesting information relative to the proposed
Ball-Dale Annexation~ and a thorough discussion of the matter was heldo
RESOLUTION NO. 3173: Councilman Wisser offered Resolution No. 3173 and moved for
its passage and adoptiono

MENT OF PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF INHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM. (BALL-DALE ANNEXATION).
On roi1 call the foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the
