STATE AGREEMENT NO. 7-UT-l::l~7: Agreement with the State of California for the
relocation of a manhole off Euclid Avenue, Route 175, Interchange Area, dated
July 20, 1956 at the estimated cost of $500050, was submittedo On motion by
Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Wisser, said Agreement was approved
and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City of

LIQUOR APPLICATION: Regarding the protest filed by the City Council on the granting
of a liquor license to a bowling alley to be located on North Lemon Street, the City
Attorney advised that the grounds on which the protest was filed was insufficient
and requested that the matter be held over until further investigation can be made
for the filing of a protest~ Said request met the approval of the City Council.
Councilman Coons moved to adjourn. Councilman Fry seconded the motion.
