The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in Adjourned Regular Session.

ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Van 'Wagoner.

CITY AININISTRATIVE OFFICER, Keith A. Murdoch: Present.
Mr. McLean and Mr. Fices v~re present at the meeting from the Engineering
Office of J. R. Lester Boyle.
Mr. Mclean made 'Complete presentation of the memorandum. regarding revision
of proposed Joint Outfall Sewer Supp~ementa1 Agreement in order that approval of
Report be made by the several cities. in order to hand it back to the LegaJ. Counsel of
the Joint Outfall Sewer for redraftihg.
Mr. McLean was commended upon the very thorough presentation of the Report,
which was subnitted by the Engineerihg Office of J. R. Lester Boyle and approved on
September 13, 1951 by the Joint OutfW Sewer Engineering Committee.
Center street Sewer Main L~teral on which the Engineering Office of J. R.
Lester Boyle prepared construction p1ans and specifications. Center Street Sewer Main
Lateral on East Center Street, east pf East Street in accordance with instructions
from the City Administrative Orficer~ maps and some details and descriptions of the
work proposed was gone over with the Council by Mr. McLean to infonn the Co'tmcil as
to details and requirements necessary to complete the job.
It was moved by Councilman, Heying, seconded by Councilman Boney that the
Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids on the Center Street Sewer Main designed to
inclu~e capacity for one hundred acres east of Placentia Avrnue. MarION CARRIED.

Motion by Councilman Heying, seconded qy Councilman Boney that the Administrative
Officer be authorized to employ a Contracting Engineering Firm to prepare designs and
specifications for additional sewer subnains to connect with the Ball Road and La
Palma Truck Sewers. MOTION CARRIED.
