Taking into consi eration the problems involved, Councilman Coons
moved that this hearing be Qntinued and rescheduled by the City Clerk at a

variance. Councilman Thomp on seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
Further discussio was held, and Mr. Unger stipulated to the payment
of $25.00 per dwelling unit to the Park and Recreation Fund, even though it
was a planned development f ~ adults only.

from the Anaheim City Schoo District, commending Mr. Charles E. Griffith,
