PRIVATE PATROL; A ~lication was submitted from the William J. Burns Inter-
national Detective Agency, Inc. requesting a business license for the condvction
of private patrol t the Disneyland Amusement Park: Said application was
accompanied by a c ~tificate of insurance covering Bodily Injury Liability for
$100,000 to $300,00 and Property Damage for $100,000, together with Faithful
Performance Bond i the amount of $l,OOO~OO.
Chief of Police, Mark A. Stephenson, recommended that the William J.
Burns Detective Ag ncy be granted said business license.

said permit was gr nted and business license authorized subject to the approval
by the City Attorny of necessary bonds. MOTION CARRIED. .
WASTE WATER DISPOS GOMPA Communication dated June 20, 1905 to Mr. Preston
Turner from the Wa te Water Disposal Company regarding the capacity rights in
the Magnolia Trunk Sewer was submitted and read. They advised that the Wa$te
Water Disposal Com any's property was in the process of being annexed to the
City of Fullerton, ~aking the agreement with the City of Anaheim, to continue
to take the1.r wast 'water, unnecessary.
Mr. Holy ke, City Engineer, advised that the agreement with the City
of Anaheim is to b effective until the annexation to Fullerton is acComplished,
and he further adv sed that this matter should be followed up 1:0 see whether
or not the City of Fullerton is actually going to service the Waste Water
Disposal Company i their lines.
