SOUTH ANAHEIM ANNEXATION: The rep tt of the Orange County Boundary Commission,
dated June 27, 1955, was submitted 4nd read as follows:
"On motion by Commissione 'Eckel, duly seconded and carried, the letter
and petition for the proposed anne 4tion of territory to the City of Anaheim
(South Anaheim Annexation) present to the Boundary COlJlnission on June 20,
1955, was disapproved as the descr ~tion was not definite and certain as it
cuts property and ignores property tines and streets."
Discussion of this matter ~ollow~d and inasmuch as this was not con-
sidered a report on the definitene $ and certainty of the proposed boundaries,
Councilman Schutte moved that the ~ty obtain a title report to determine if
the boundaries are definite and ce tain. Councilman Fry seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED. Upon receipt of t ~ title report, the Orange County Boundary
Commission is to be advised accord ~gly. .
