AHA-2004-003RESOLUTION NO. AHA2004- 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING THE DAYS FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE 2005 CALENDAR YEAR. WHEREAS, subsection (B) of Section 501 of the By-Laws of the Anaheim Housing Authority authorizes the Governing Board of the Authority, by resolution, to annually establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by its prior resolution, established the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for the 2004 calendar year; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to revise and reestablish the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for the 2005 calendar year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim Housing Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Housing Authority for the 2005 calendar year shall be held, without additional notice, in the Council Chambers of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Housing Authority) on the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on January 1, 2005.
