'WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim has
established a streett lighting maintenance district designated "Street
Lighting Assessment District 19~5-1-B;rr and
W!"F.'RRA~, the Superintendent of Streets has estimated the
amount necessary to improve the street lighting system for the ensuing
contract year, from September 1,. 1970 to August 31, 1971, to be
$1,267.20.
NOW, THEBEl'qBE. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby resolve and drder as follows:
1. The Citj'Counci1 does determine that the amount necessary
to impr~e the street lighting system for the ensuing
contrac~ year is $1~267.20.
2. That th4 cost to each lot in proportion to the estimated
benefit4 to be r~ei ved by each lot or parcel of land is
detertni4_d to be, and each lot and parcel of land is
assessed and a levy made against each such lot and parcel
of land, as follows:
(4) The sum of $9.60 for each of the following
parcel numbers:

3. That .11 sums for the cost of maintenance or improvement
of the street ligh~ing system for the ensuing contract year,. from
September 1, 1970 to August 31, 1971, are hereby declared to be a
lien upon the prop.rty in "Street Lighting A.saes8mAmt District 1965-1->>,"
a.nd shall be coUe4ted with the taxes on the said property.
4. That tthe Director of Finance of the City of Anaheim be and
he is hereby autho1tized and dir~ted to file with the County Auditor
of the County of OJtange, on or before August 10, 1970, << certified copy
of the R.eport of tlie. Superintendent of Streets hereby confir:tnad; and the
County Auditor is 4uthorized and requested to enter each aSsessment in
the County tax rolls opposite the parcel of land, and add the amount of
assessment to the next regular tax bil1 levied against each of said
parcels, for munic1pa1 purposes.
