A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and pphlic utili~ purposes
Anaheim is
real property
and
Wri.t..REAS, the owner c,f said property ha.a-- offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
KOLL INCOME PROPERTIES. INC.. a California corporation
to sell to the Clty of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the city of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the west 10.00 acres
of the South half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of State College
Boulevard and Cerritos Avenue, as shown on a Map filed in
Book 60, page 48 of Record of Surveys in the office of the
county recorder of said Orange County; thence N 00 20' 18"
W, along the centerline of said State College Boulevard,
69.68 feet; thence N 890 39' 42" E, 53 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius
of 25 feet, a radial line bearing S 890 39' 42" W, passes
through the said point of beginning of said curve; thence
southerly and southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 890 45' 42" an arc distance of 39.16 feet;
thence S 00 06' 00" E, 45 feet to an intersection with the
centerline of said Cerritos Avenue; thence S 890 54' 00" W,
77.71 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
