RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 276
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchaaing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
Anaheim is
real property
and
WHt..REAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of STEVE CEBRYNSKI and
ROSE CEBRYNSKI, hU$band and wife, and MORRIS DRUL and
B~ATKICE DRUL, husband and wife,
to sell to the C~ty of Anahe~m the follow~ng described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public uti1it ur oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 3 in Block H of
Lorelei Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 29,
page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning in the northeast corner of said Lot 3, Block H,
of Lorelei Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 29,
page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California; thence southerly along the easterly boundary
line of said Lot 3, 15 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave southwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence northerly and northwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 00' 00" an arc distance of 23.56
feet to an intersection with a line 21.75 feet southerly
of the centerline of Broadway; thence easterly along a
portion of the northerly boundary line of said Lot 3,
15 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
