EASEMENT GRANT DEED
ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD, ALLEY AND
A RESOLPTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described
for municipal ~urp~ses, to wit: An easement for
and publ~c utility purposes
of Anaheim is
real property
road, alley
and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HOME SAVINGS & LOAN
ASSOCIATION, a corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road,
all~y and public utility purposes
, and more part~cularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of Vineyard
Lot E-6, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629
and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Harbor
Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue; thence South 150 21' 30"
East along the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard,
233.75 feet; thence at right angles to said center-
line of Harbor Boulevard to a point in a line that is
parallel with and distant 45 feet Westerly of said
centerline; thence North 150 21' 30" West along said
parallel line, 161.96 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence northerly and westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 06' 00" an arc distance of 39.31 feet
to a point in a line that is parallel with and distant
44.75 feet southerly of the centerline of Lincoln Avenue;
thence North 150 27' 30" West, 44.75 feet to a point in
the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue; thence North
740 32' 30" East, 70.12 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for alley and public utility
purposes over, under and across the southerly 2 feet of
the northerly 209 feet of the easterly 189.20 feet of
Vineyard Lot E-6, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easterly 20.25 feet
of said Vineyard Lot E-6.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim ~e, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s~id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
