RESOLUTION NO. 83R-200

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND ORDER-
ING ITS RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, a certain deed has been presented to the City
of Anaheim as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said deed having been determined to be correct
in both form and substance, the City Council finds that it is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said deed and
to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following deed be, and it is hereby,
accepted by the City:

is hereby, authoriz~d and directed to cause the forego~ng deed to
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of May, 1983.
