RESOLUTION NO. 83R-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-499
WHICH ES~ABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM POLICE
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the H~an Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated February 1, 1983, that a new job classification be created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 82R-499 which established rates of compensation for classes represented by
the Anaheim Police Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classification be created and allocated to the
Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 1.
That effective January 28, 1983 through October 6, 1983,
inclusive, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82-499 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of February
1983.
