RESOLUTION NO. 84R-l58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY TO PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
title to certain real property or interests therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion or portions
of City-owned property to the public for road and public utility
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate
those parcels or portions thereof described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and included by reference herein, to the public for road
and public utility purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
