84R-008 RESOLUTION NO. 84R -8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS AND ORDER-
ING THEIR RECORDATION.
WHEREAS, certain deeds have been presented to the City
of Anaheim all as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, each of said deeds having been determined to be
correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds that it
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept each of
said deeds and to order their recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following deeds be, and they are
hereby, accepted by the City:

provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an
acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street system
(Section 1806 Streets and Highways Code).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing deeds to
be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of January, 1984.
