strict accordance ith the specifications, plans and drawings

AND BE I FURTHER RESOLVED that the successful bidder or
bidders upon each ontract awarded as hereinabove set forth, shall
be, and they are h reby required to execute a contract in the
required form with the City of Anaheim upon the terms and
conditions specifi d in the notice inviting sealed proposals and
the proposal submi ted by said successful bidder or bidders and in
accordance with th plans and specifications for said public
improvement herein bove described, and in accordance with the
terms, conditions nd provisions of this resolution, and that said
successful bidder r bidders to whom each contract is awarded shall
be required to fur ish a surety bond in an amount equal to one
hundred percent (1 0%) of the contract price for all labor,
materials and equi ment to be furnished and performed, as set forth
in the sealed prop sal submitted by said bidder for the
construction of sa d public improvement, together with the
appurtenances ther to or such portion thereof as is covered by said
contract, as secur ty for the faithful performance of said
contract, and a se arate surety bond in an amount equal to one
hundred percent (1 0%) of the construction cost of said public
improvement covere by said contract, as security for the payment
of all persons per orming labor and furnishing material for said
project.

addenda thereto, aid all modifications incorporated therein prior
