RESOLUTION NO. 84R-358

A RESOLUT ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
ZONING MA REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM M ICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED AND
THAT THE OUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD
BE CHANGE .
WHEREAS, ~he City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a FUbliC hearing in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 83-84-33 to con ider an amendment to the Zoning Map referred to
in Title 18 of theaheim Municipal Code, and to consider a change
in the boundaries 0 the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described and, at s4id hearing, did receive evidence and reports
from persons intere~ted therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, ~ithin a period of forty (40) days following
said hearing, the p~anning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report:of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said h~aring and approved the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, ~hereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party:or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said ~lanning Commission action; and
WHEREAS, ~t the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City C~uncil did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all pe~$ons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did recei~e evidence and reports, and did consider the
same; and
WHEREAS, ~he City Council does find and determine that
the Zoning Map refe~red to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amen4ed and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded ~rom the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorp4rated in the zone and zones as hereinafter set
forth.

NOW, THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha~ the City Council does hereby declare and
indicate its intent~on to amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Anaheim and to rezoqe and reclassify the area identified as Portion
A, as shown on a map on file in the Planning Department, of the

BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Anaheim does herctbyfind and determine that the adoption of this
Resolution is expre~$ly predicated upon applicant's compliance with
each and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any
condition or any patt thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceable
by the final judgme~t of any court of compet~nt ,~urisdiction, then
this Resolution, an4 any approvals herein conta~ned, shall be
deemed null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
