A RESOLUTION IF THE CIT.Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AM NDING RESOLUTION NOS. 80R-185,
81R-174 AND 8 R-354 AND 83R-266 RELATING TO
FEES FOR CITY WIDE PARK AND RECREATION PROGRAMS
AND SERVICES N THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the ~ity Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Resrlution No. 80R-185 as amended by Resolution
No. 8IR-174, 82R-354 a d 83R-266 establishing the policy and fees
for City-wide park and recreation programs and services; and
WHEREAS, the Pity Council finds that it is in the public
interest and welfare tp revise said fees at this time as
hereinafter set forth;! and
WHEREAS, the~. ser fees and charges hereinafter
established do not exc ed the costs reasonably borne by the City
of Anaheim in providi, said facilities and services.
NOW, THEREFO$' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that .ction 6 of Resolution Nos. 80R-185, 81R-174
and 82R-354 and 83R-2 be, and the same are hereby, amended to
read as follows: .

Any ~rt of an hour will be considered one hour.
Prime Time
Saturdays are designated as prime time. All groups,
except the original groups designated as Group I users,
will be asses,ed Group II or Group III rates for the use
of the Center , on that day. All groups may reserve the
facility undet this provision one year in advance.

All groups wh4> qualify as original Group I users would
be allowed tw~ free uses during Prime Time for any date
or event of t~eir choice per calendar year. After two
free uses, th,y would be charged at the Group II rate.

Staff Fee: 57.50 per ~our for each additional staff member required.
Alcohol Event Worker:
An event worker shall be assigned to assist
the user when either section of the Multi-
purpose room is being used and wine is
being served.
