78-562 1"'. ~ /~ RESOLUTION NO. 78R-562 A RESOLU'l' ()N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFANAHEI FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MuNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING SH OLD BE AMENDED AND THAT THE BOUND- ARIES OF ERTAIN ZONES SHOULD BE CHANGED. WHEREAS, ~pe City flanning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a tublic he.ring in Reclassification Proceedings No. 78-~~ eto consider an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim n cipal Ce relating to zoning, and to consider a change in the bound ries of the zone or zones hereinafter men- tioned and describe, . and, at said hearing, did receive evidence and reports from pe sons interested therein and from its staff, and WHEREAS, ft" thin a period of forty (40) days fOllowing said hearing, the Panning Cbmmissiondid duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said h aring and ~ant1n9.: the proposed amendment1 and L WHEREAS, ~hereafter, within the time prescribed by law, an intere.ted partYL, or the City Council, on its own motion, caused the review of said r'lanning Commission action1 and WHEREAS, e:t the time and place fixed for said public be, aring. the City C . ncil did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all pe .sons interested therein an opportunity to be beard and did recei evidence and reports, and did consider the same, and ! . NOW, THEtf1FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of AnaheiIq that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same i$ hereby, amended and that the following de- scribed property, slituated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of ca!1ifornia, to wit: ,~.
