A RESOL~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAH~tM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIJt$T AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT
NUMBER 4 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF PUBL1C IMPROV$MENTS, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously entered
into a cooperation agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency; and
WHEREASj it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement; and
WHEREASj a First Amendment to Cooperation Agree-
ment Number 4 for'~he Construction and Installation of Publ~c
Improvements (hereinafter ttAmendmenttr) has been prepared; and
WHEREAS ~ . the terIts and conditions Qf Amendment are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, T~REFORE, ijE IT RESOLVED thatth~ terms and
conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FlJ~THER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ~~reby, a~thorized and directed to execute
said Amendment ontijehalf ot the City of Anaheim.
THE FORaaOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of
