A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND CONSENTING TO THE
DETACHMENT OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
FROM THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANNEXATION
OF SAID TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ORANGE,
DESIGNATED AS REORGANIZATION NO. 51.
WHEREAS, the City of Orange has heretofore adopted
a resolution of application pursuant to Section 35140 of the
Government Code of the State of California proposing a
municipal reorganization for the detachment of certain unin-
habited territory as hereinafter described from the City of
Anaheim and the annexation of said property into the
boundaries of the City of Orange; and
WHEREAS, said municipal reorganization has heretofore
been designated as "Reorganization No. 51 Transfer from the
City of Anaheim to the City of Orange "; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires by this resolu-
tion to evidence its consent to said Reorganization No. 51.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim hereby approves
and consents to the resolution of application heretofore made
by the City of Orange to the Local Agency Formation Commission
of the County of Orange, designated as Reorganization No. 51,
for the detachment of the following described uninhabited
territory from the City of Anaheim and the annexation of said
territory into the boundaries of the City of Orange:
PARCEL THREE:
That portion of the land allotted to Maria Jesus
Peralta de Copas, Juan Pablo Peralta and the
heirs of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition
of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, rendered in
Case No. 1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in
Book "B ", Page 410 of Judgements of the 17th
Judicial Court of California, being also a portion
of Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of that
portion of the southeasterly line of Parcel 4 of
Parcel Map recorded in Book 127, Pages 9 to 12
inclusive of Parcel Maps, records of said County
shown as having a bearing and distance of North
61° 08' 47" East 926.00 feet; thence southeasterly
along the southerly line of said Parcel Map to the
centerline of Meats Avenue as described in Deed to
the County of Orange, recorded in Book 13373, Pages

716 to 720 of Official Records, records of said
County; thence southwesterly along said centerline
to its intersection with the southerly boundary of
the City of Anaheim; thence westerly along said
southerly boundary to its intersection with said
southeasterly line of said Parcel 4; thence North
61° 08' 47" East along said southeasterly line to
the point of beginning.
PARCEL FOUR:
Those portions of the land allotted to Maria Jesus
Peralto de Copas, Juan Pablo Peralta and the heirs
of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition of the
Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, rendered in Case No.
1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B ",
Page 410 of Judgments of the 17th Judicial Court of
California, being also a portion of Section 10,
Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly
line of Nohl Ranch Road as described in Deeds to the
City of Anaheim recorded in Book 7649, Page 40 and
in Book 7485, Page 209, both of Official Records,
records of said County with the westerly line of
Parcel Map recorded in Book 127, Pages 9 to 12
inclusive of Parcel Maps, records of said County;
thence southerly along said westerly line to the
southerly boundary of the City of Anaheim; thence
westerly along said southerly boundary to the south-
easterly line of said Nohl Rancho Road; thence
northeasterly along said southeasterly line to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL FIVE:
Those portions of the land allotted to Maria Jesus
Peralta de Copas, Juan Pablo Peralta and the heirs
of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition of the
Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, rendered in Case No.
1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B ",
Page 410 of Judgements of the 17th Judicial Court
of California, being also a portion of Sections 9
and 10, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of
Villa Real Drive, 50 feet wide, as said Drive is
shown on a map of Tract No. 8153, recorded in Book
343, Pages 40 to 43 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps,

records of said County with the southerly line of
Nohl Ranch Road as described in Deed to City of
Anaheim, recorded in Book 7649, Page 40 and in Book
7485, Page 209, both of Official Records of said
County; thence southeasterly along the southerly
line of said Nohl Rancho Road to its intersection
with the southerly boundary of the City of Anaheim;
thence westerly and southwesterly along said souther-
ly boundary to its intersection with the easterly
line of said Villa Real Drive; thence northwesterly
and northerly along said easterly line to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL SIX:
Those portions of the land allotted to Maria Jesus
Peralta de Copas, Juan Pablo Peralta and the heirs
of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Partition of the
Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, rendered in Case No.
1192 and entered September 12, 1868 in Book "B ",
Page 410 of Judgements of the 17th Judicial Court
of California, being also a portion of Section 9,
Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly
line of Parcel No. Six as described in Deed to the
City of Anaheim, recorded in Book 6355, Page 675 of
Official Records of said County with the easterly
line of Villa Real Drive, 50 feet wide, as said
Drive is shown on Parcel Map filed in Book 2, Page
44 of Parcel Maps, records of said County; thence
southwesterly along the southeasterly line of Parcel
No. Six of said Deed to City of Anaheim to the
easterly line of Parcel No. Eight of said Deed;
thence northwesterly along said easterly line to the
southerly line of land described in Deed to the
Presbytery of Los Angeles recorded in Book 7893,
Page 108, Official Records of said County; thence
easterly and northeasterly along said southerly
line to the easterly line of said Villa Real Drive;
thence southerly along said easterly line to the point
of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, in conjunction with and
as a part of said Reorganization No. 51, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve and consent to the
Annexation of the following described uninhabited territory
into the City of Anaheim:

PARCEL TWO:
That portion of Nohl Ranch Road, 60 feet wide, as
described in Deeds to City of Anaheim, recorded in
Book 7649, Page 40 and in Book 7585, Page 209, both
of Official Records of said County lying southerly
of the southerly boundary of said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of
August, 1980.
