The proposed amendments and specific plan adjustments are to provide clarity; create consistency of terms, definitions and processing; streamline approval processes; and, amend development standards to reflect current market trends. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3). This item was continued from the September 27, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting. Approved, Recommended City Council Approval.
