Anaheim, notices o~ which public hearing were duly given as re-
quired hy law and ~he provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.03 of the
Anaheim Municipal ~ode, and
WHEREAS"said Commission, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studieslmade bv itself and in its behalf and after due
consideration of a~l evidence and reports offered at said hearinq.

2. The prol. ed use will not adversely affect the adjoining

adequate to allow t full development of the proposed use in a
manner not detrimen 1 to the particu1ar,area nor to the peace,
health, safety and general welfare.
4. The traff~c generated by the proposed use will not im-
pose an undue burde~ upon the streets and highways designed and
improved to carry t~e traffic in the area.
S. The grant~ng of the conditional use permit under the
conditions imposed .i11 not be detrimental to the peace, health,
safety and general .e1fare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheimithat the action of the City Planning Commission
grantinf s_id conditional use permit be, and the same is
hereby, a firmed a*d that Conditional Use Permit No. 2127 be,
and the same is her.by, granted permitting a convenience market with
lasoline facilitie~ on the aforedescribed real property, subject
to the following c~nditions:

1. That the e~isting structure shall be brought up to the
minimum standards o~ the City of Anaheim, including the Uniform
Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Codes as
adopted by the City of Anaheim.
2. That trash ,storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive Direc-
tor of Public Works.
3. The exact ;ithod of gasoline dispensing shall be approved
by the Fire Departmet and may be required to consist of an auto-
matic closing type d, spensing nozzle with an attendant on duty at
all times.
4. That subjec~ property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plan~ and specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim marked Exhib~t No.1; provided, however, that the most
southerly driveway o~ West Street shall be removed and replaced
with a standard curb. gutter, sidewalk and a landscaped planter.
5. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with pri~r to final building and zoning inspections.
BE IT FURTHnR RESOLVED that the City Council hereby re-
serves the right to *evoke such Conditional Use Permit for good
cause or failure of ~aid owner, its Successors or assigns to
comply with the Anah~im Municipal Code and regulations and the
conditions therein.
THE FOREGOI~ RESOLU~ION is approved and adopted by the
