That trash ,storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive Direc- tor of Public Works. 3. The exact ;ithod of gasoline dispensing shall be approved by the Fire Departmet and may be required to consist of an auto- matic closing type d, spensing nozzle with an attendant on duty at all times. 4. That subjec~ property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plan~ and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhib~t No.1; provided, however, that the most southerly driveway o~ West Street shall be removed and replaced with a standard curb. gutter, sidewalk and a landscaped planter. 5. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, above-mentioned, shall be complied with pri~r to final building and zoning inspections. BE IT FURTHnR RESOLVED that the City Council hereby re- serves the right to *evoke such Conditional Use Permit for good cause or failure of ~aid owner, its Successors or assigns to comply with the Anah~im Municipal Code and regulations and the conditions therein.
