RESOLUTION NO. BOR-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE YORBA LINDA LIBRARY
DISTRICT IN CONNECTION WITH LIBRARY CIRCULA-
TION SYSTE~~ SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DI-
ECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has implemented a Library
Circulation System for its own use and said system is capable of
processing the library circulation needs of multiple jurisdictions;
and
WHEREAS, the Yorba Linda Library District desires that
the City of Anaheim provide it with automated library circulation
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of February, 1980.
