RESOLUTION NO. 80R-II0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN CITY-OWNED LAND.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title
of the following described parcel, to wit:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Parcel 2,
Relinquishment of Highway Right-of-Way in the City of
Anaheim, Road 07-0RA-91-8.4 Request Number 605 as
shown on a Document recorded August 29, 1968 in Book
8706, Page 9 of Official Records, records of Orange
County, California; thence southerly along the east-
erly line of said Parcel 2 S 100 01" 11" E, 95.26 feet;
S 820 25' 43" W, 4.09 feet; S 20 13' 08" W, 19.86
feet to the southwest corner of said Parcel 2; thence
southwesterly along the southerly line of said Parcel
2 S 760 14' 42" W, 30.93 feet to a point on a non-
tangent curve concave easterly with the radial bear-
ing from said point being N 69023' 04" E and having
a radius of 1147.00 feet; thence northerly along said
curve an arc distance of 112.61 feet through a central
angle of 50 37' 39" to a point on the northerly line
of said Parcel 2; thence easterly along said northerly
line N 740 44' 37" E, 54.63 feet to the point of
beginning, (hereinafter referred as "property"); and
WHEREAS, Chapman and Tustin Associates ("Purchasers")
have offered to purchase Property for the sum of $2,750.00; and
WHEREAS, Property is subject to a slope easement
("Easement") in favor of the City of Anaheim and the public, the
abandonment of which has been requested by Purchasers; and
WHEREAS, the fair market value of Property is $2,750.00;
and
WHEREAS, fee title to Property is not necessary to any
present or prospective use of Property by the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
accept the offer of Chapman and Tustin Associates to purchase
Property, reserving to the City of Anaheim and the public, ease-
ments for slope purposes.

2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute a quitclaim deed to Property.

City Counci 1 of the City of Anahe im th is 18th day of March, 1980.
