A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~unicipal pU~pbses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CRYSTAL DISPOSAL
~ffiNUFACTURING, INC.,a California corporation, doinq business
as ANAHEIM MANUFACTURING COMPN~Y
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 17 and the North
126.82 feet of ~le East 739.79 feet of Lot 19 in Block
36 of the Yorba Linda Tract, as shown on a Nap recorded
ln Book 5, pages 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Fee Ana Street
and La Palma Avenue, formerly known as Walnut Street,
said intersection also being the northeast corner of said
Lot 17; thence along the centerline of said Fee Ana Street,
South 0012" 38" East, 588.82 feet, thence South 89048'
10" West 32 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 32 feet Westerly from the centerline of said Fee
Ana Street; thence North 00 12' 38" West along said
parallel line 520.82 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Soutl1westerly and having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Northerly and Northwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 890 591 12" an arc distance
of 23.56 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 53 feet Southerly of the centerline of said
La Palma Avenue; thence along the last mentioned Darall~l

line of La Palma Avenue is assumed to be the north line
of said Lot 17, and the centerline of Fee Ana Street the
east line of said Lots 17 and 19.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
