RESOLUTION NO. 69R-538
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH1 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIH CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pU~9oses, to wit: An easement for
road and publlC utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFOPill, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
EDWARD JOSEPH HARTIN, an unmarried man
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 32 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Webster Avenue, of
Lot 12 in Tract No. 787 as per map recorded in Book 24,
page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the center-
line of Webster Street is assumed to be the east line of
said Lot 12.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of September , 19 69 .
