RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahe1m is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Counc1l of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
. HELEN F. REYNOZA, a married woman, as her separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated 1n the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 14,
Block D of the Davis Brothers Addition to Anaheim,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, pages 632
and 633 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Los
Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Harbor
Boulevard and Santa Ana Street; thence Northerly
along the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, 94.65
feet; thence at right angles to said centerline
of Harbor Boulevard, Ely 45 feet to a point in
a line that is parallel with and distant 45 feet
from said centerline of Harbor Boulevard; thence
Southerly along said parallel line 44.97 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
easterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Southerly and Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 071 30" an arc distance
of 23.59 feet to a point in a line that is parallel
with and distant 34.75 feet Northerly of the
centerline of said Santa Ana Street; thence
Easterly along said parallel line, a distance of
64.72 feet; thence Southerly to a point on said
centerline, said point being 124.81 feet from
the point of beginning; thence Westerly along
said centerline of Santa Ana Street, 124.81 feet
to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
