A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the C.Ity Cauncll of the City of Anahelm is
desIrous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to Wlt: An easement for road and
}2ublic utility purposes. _______

WHEREAS, the owner of sald property has
to sell and convey the same to---the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the Clty Councll of the City of Anaheim finds
~hat It 1S for the beneflt and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept sald offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of Californla, to be used for an easement for road and

across that portion of Lot 6, Helen and Lynch Subdivision, as
per Map thereof recorded in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR':'HER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of ~nahein be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOHEGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
