A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A CER-
TAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
RESOLUTION NOo 68R-55l
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Ana-
heim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution declaring
its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones herein-
after mentioned and described, and did fix a time and place for the
holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed
in Title 18 of the Anaheim MUnicipal Code, and did duly hold and
conduct such public hearing to consider said proposed change of
zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from persons
interested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the
hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by for-
mal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and
reasons for recommending an amendment to said Title 18 of the Ana-
heim MUnicipal Code to effect the proposed changes in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix
the lOth day of September , 19~, as the time and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a
public hearing upon said proposed change of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon con-
sider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone or zones
in which it is now situated to a different zone or zones, as here-
inafter set forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones in which
it is now incorporated, and that a change of zone should not be
granted.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to wit:
Parcel One: Lots 1 through 13 of the Enterprise
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
Parcel Two: That portion of Vineyard Lot E-6,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 109
and 110 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 13 of
the Enterprise Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California; thence Westerly
208 feet, more or less; thence Southerly 6 feet,
more or less; thence Southwesterly 57.42 feet;
thence Northerly 6 feet; thence Southwesterly
55.42 feet; thence Southerly 6 feet, more or less,
to an intersection with a line parallel with and
130 feet Northerly of the Northerly right
of way line of Broadway Street; thence Westerly
194.75 feet, more or less, along said parallel
line to an intersection with the Easterly right of
way line of Citron Street; thence Southerly 130
feet, more or less, along a portion of the Easterly
right of way line of said Citron Street to an
intersection with the Northerly right of way line
of Broadway Street; thence Easterly 5l3.75 feet,
more or less, along the Northerly right of way line
of said Broadway Street to an intersection with
the Westerly line of Lot 13 of the aforementioned
Enterprise Tract; thence Northerly along the
Westerly line of Lot 13 of said Enterprise Tract
to the point of beginning.
remain in R-2, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and C-2, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL ZONE, in which it is now incorporated, and that the
reclassification to C-O, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, as recommended
by the City Planning Commission in its Resolution No. PC68-233,
be denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
