of Re-Sub of Theo.-Risere Subdivision, made a verbal
requeet that the zone in said blo..k be changed from
"single family" 40 "manufacturir_g zone" . .
The engineer was '_nstructed to in~orm 1~r. Ve~ter
th~t the Commission did not wish to recommend euch a
' chan~e at the present time, but that if he had a bona
~ fide "manufaaturing use" for any portion of said pro-
perty that the Commiseion evould aonsider granting a
- variance for euch use. A motion to such effect was .

The fact that tha terms o~ Commiasioners Grafton
and Bigham were about to expire was menticned and
Councilman Pearson and }Sartenet said that the Council
