Covncil On Sept. 3~he City Council held a hearing relative to
Hearing the proposed zone ch~,nges and araendments *ecommended by tlze
on Com-nission. Two persons ob~ected to the changes groposed
Planning f~r Vi~zeyasd I~ot B-2 which is the area aurrounded by Oline,
Orange, ~lilr~lmira and 8ycamore Str.eets. Later the Council
sent a oommunication to the Commission proposing tY~at the
R-3 zone be applied as suggESted, but tha~ the R-2 zone be
replaced by R-3 in the Sidebottom•azid SchlosHel groperty,•
and that north of there the R-1 Zone bz maintained. The
Commiaeion sh~uld nnw report back to the Council relative
to this change.

in autlining the osorlc.
