Psrk. Thie property la near the southweat corner of sRid Lot 6,
with a frontage of 162 feet on East Center Street and a depth oP
~400 Yeet, and is an orange grove in Zone A-1.
Motion was made by Oommissioner Rtutael, seaonded by
Conmisaioner K:aly, and aarried, that tY~e Commiasion reoommend
to the C1ty Counoil that this variance be ~anted, eub~ect to
the followirg aondittona:
That etructurPa be aet baok at leaet 75 feet from the
center 11ne of East Center Street; tl~t a sareen or ireea or
other euitable planting be provlded on the atreet frontage and
entirely arourtd the trailer park; tha.t hard aurfaoed roadwaye
and proper eanitary faoilitiea be provided befors renting spaae
in the trailer park; that the groposed struoturea ehall be of
pleasing design and not aons~ructed ist a~~ke-ah3ft ma.nner with
inferior materials; that the entire premiees ahall be kept in a
neat and eanitary aondition; and that the use of this Qroperty~
solely as a trailer park ahall terminate on December l, ~9~7~
