Burnett, Jr., 1219 East Adele Street, Anaheim, presentsd a petition signed by 29 propertq owners in the area ssnd s'.ated that the school attracts other children to watch the performance anci tand3 to divert the attention of drivers of cars going by. He also ob~ected to the noise craated. Mr. Clarence Mullins, 7.206 Ea.st Adele Streat, stated that he had an in- vestment in property zt stake and that if this is allotaed indefinite~j*, others will xant varianoes for other businessas in ths a.rea. F. ':+'. Killinger, 1203 Flower Street, stated that he was nnable to vatch a faotball game on televiaion due to the noise created by drums. Pgss Burdick stated that she does use drums for marching, but otay from 9:3a A.M. until 10:30 A.M. on 5aturday mornings.. A number of people expreased their opinion that a trafYic hazar3 vaa created by the allowing of the Dancing School at this location. Mias Burdick atated that there are stop signs at all four (4) corners of East 3yoamore Street and Nortn East Street so that the trafYic ia very ~low going past the building. Mr. F. H. Upon a motion by Commiasioner Gauer, seconded by Coanoissioner Hapgood, it was moved that Churohes aad Schools be deleted from Section 9200.3.
