3, A permit must be taken out with the Building Department.
4. The name of the sign company must appear on every sign erecfied.
5, Signs must ba 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any
street or highway.
6. At the intersection of t;ie streets, the signs must be set back
25 feet.
7. All signs shal? have a 6 foot ground clearance.
8. The fee per sign shali be $25.00.
9. Sign Variances shall be permitted for directinnal signa

Fred Lipp appeared before the Commission and statpd that he planned an expen-
diture of between $40,000 and SS0,000 for a smail trailer court and that he
would obtain an easement for roadxaq purposes From Magnolia Avenue an3 that~
the Park would be iocated more than 300 feet from any residence now in the
area, The flood control channel will cut thorugh the Northerly portion of
thits property making it unsatable for other uses. Mr. Jerry Yawkey, 8521
Hampton Street, and sevezal others voiced the3r objections to the granting of
a~special use permit for a trailer park, however, when it was pointed otu that
the only access to the trailer pazk ~[ould be from Magaolia Avenue and not down
Hampton Street, they withdrew their objections. THE HFARING WAS CIASED.@

CATION and carried, it was moved that by RSSOLUTION N0. 230 - SERIES 1955-56 that
N0. F-55-56-47 proceedings be instituted to reclassify the area bounded by East La Paima,
(CONT,) North Placentia, East Sycamore and West Baundaries of Lots 2 and 4 of
the Monroe E. Wallace subdivision. It is understood that the 8+~ acres owned
by the Cathoiic Qiu~es Archdiosese of Los Angeles which had been allocated
certain righta of the present R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULNRAL classification,
cannot be abrogated.
