and stated that he would prefer M-1 rather than C-2 reclassi8cation.
r!=s. V. S: Jensen, 535 West Hampshire, appeare3 before the Commission
.3fc3:~g her objection to the proposed Reclassification and presented
a letter from Mr. George I~, Rreveling, 525 West Vermont A•venue, who
aTso ~b,jected but was unable to be present in person. Mr. Vaughn,
83S Ccttouwood Circie, as repres~ntative of the property owners in the
area presented a petition containing 39 names voicing their objections
to the Reciassification. There are three parceis requested for
reciassification; one on Vermont Avenue the other on Vermont at the
Freeway and the third on Ball Road. These parcels are widely scattered
with the only access possible to the property from West Vermont Street
and do not appear to lend themselves for M-1 uses. The applicants
did not furaish plot plans of any kind pr describe what possible
uses they have defiaitely in mind for the property. It was felt by
