letter was received from Mr. Leo Preedman addressed to the Commis-
sion, requesting that Mr. McNees, as owner of the property directly .
to the West, now being used for a brick yard, be requested to ciean
i up this yard and make it more presentable. Mr. McNees atated that
,~ this brick yard was ?eased, and that in view of the changing coadi-
~ tions, he was not sure how much longer the brick yard would be in
operation, as the lease is from qear to year. If a better use is
