RESOLUfION N0. 55 - At the reques~, of the City Council, conaideration was given to the removal of Ambulance Service from what has been the commonly used classification, namely C-2, to an Unclassified Use. This was made necessary by the fact on some C-2 aites that auch a service might be dangerous to the safetq and rveli-being of the public. Upon a motion by Commissioner Mauerhan, seconded by Corumisaioner Thompson, it was moved that Reaoiution No. 55, Series 1957-58, be adopted, and that Ambulance Service be listed as No. 9 under the Unclassified Uses, which require the review of the site and the issuance of a Special Use Permit.
