believe that the protestants of this proposed relcassification
know what they are protesting about inasmuch as they have not
seen the plans or this development and that property owners of
the subject property have never given any iadication that streets
would run through this property Hasterly to Magaolia Street. He
also stated that he had contacted the Public Works Department
and the Pire Department and there was no question relaiive to
the collection of trash or the ability of the Fire Department
to get to the project.
