Upon a motion by Commissioner Summers, seconded by
Commissioner DuBois and carried, it was moved that by
Resolution No. 232, Series 1958-59, that the Commission
recommend to the City Council that the subject property be

1. The buildings to be erected as per the rendering
submitted.

Commissioner Allred and carried, it was moved that by

No. F-58-59-95 be recommended to the City Council for
reclassification of the property from R-A, RHSIDBNt^IAL
AGRICULTURAL to C-3, HEAVY COMMBRCIAL, subject to:
1. The filing of C-3 Deed Restrictions limiting the C-3
use for muffler shop only said use to be conducted
within a building and limiting any other uses on the
property to C-1.
2. That the setback for any building erected be 35 feet
from the property line of Lincoln Avenue.
3. Prepare street imrpovement plans and install all

be recommended to the City Council for Reclassification

COMMERCLAL, subject to:
1. The filing of standard C-1 Deed Restrictions, res-
tricting the use of the property to professional offices
only.

action taken by the City Playing Commission is postponing
recommendations an the above reclassification on this re-
classification for a period of 90 days. the further
communication was received from Miles A. Shazkey, with
Craig Grainger as Agent, requesting that the reclassification
be changed from a request for M-2, HEAVY MANQFACTURING to
M-1, LIGBT MAIdQFAC1IIRING, also that the Dana Newkirk
property be removed frog this reclassification. Mr. Craig
Grainger appeazed before the ea~--lesion and stated that area
was annexed wish the idea of the property owners that it
would be zoned as industrial, this partiariar parcel of
80 acres is being penalized by the fact that a 90 day ~;

Commission and this amotmts to some 55,000 in interest on
the investment in this property. Questioned as to whether

Upon a motion by Commissioner DuBois, it eras moved that this

A second motion was made by Corissioaer Summers, seconded by
Comtaissioner Mane=ham, it was moved that Reclassification No.
F-58-59-87 be recommended to the City Council for reclassifica-
tion from R A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTQRAL to M-1, LIGHT MANU-
PACTURING, subject to:
1. the dedication of 45 feet from the center line of Anaheim-
Olive Road to the City of Anaheim.
2. ~e dedication of 53 feet from the center line of La Palma
Avenue to the City of Anaheim.
3. Prepaze street improvement plans and install all im-
provements in accordance with approved standard plans on

There followed among the Commission considerable discussion because of the fact at the f'_rst S

looked over the school site presented on the plan sheet and
upon a motion by Comissioner Manerhan, seconded by
