N0. 3446 would not be two streets opeaing into Buclid Aveaue wifih a
distance of approximately 170 feet between them. Mr. A. R.
McDaniels, Bngineer for the tract presented a revised map
showing Mells Laae to be ended with a cnl-de-sac and a street
goiag northward from Criss Avenue to Melis Lane and ai the west
end of Criss Avenue a cul-de-sac. This would take all of the
traffic from the east and from Criss Avenue through one half ot
Mells Lane to Huclid Aveaue. It was suggested that the North
::_uth Street lcnowa as Arder. be brought over nearer Huciid
Avenue, but this would make Mells Lane a cui-de-sac street of
greater iength than permitted by Ordinance. Mr, Harry Griffith of
Griffith Brothezs. the subdivider ataLed that they had beea t rg~ing
to work out the problem w9.th the property owuers on Mells Lane
