Mr. Castellanos stated he would agree. Commissioner Henninger suggested a change in Condition #6m, to read "that the lighting illumination be Improved by maximizing the existing Tight standards to the satisfaction of the Anaheim Police Department as they feel the illumination is sufficient. Mr. Castellanos stated he would look into having the wattage of the light bulb changed. Mr. Engle stated he was in agreement with having the bulb changed to a brighter light bulb. Commissioner Henninger reiterated that Mr. Castellanos would need to meet with the Anaheim Police Department to discuss the amount of security guards to be recommended, being one or two. Commissioner Messe asked ff there were any issues raised relative to billboards? Greg Hastings, Zoning Division Manager, indigted there was a concern regarding notices being posted on Caltran's property and that a condition of approval had prohibited that from occurring. He explained the intent of the posting was to be on City property, but was also occurring on Caltran's property. Commissioner Peraza asked ff there were any issues raised relative to the trash enclosure? Greg Hastings stated he believes the sanitation department, recently, inspected behind the building and found that some repair was necessary. She stated the continuance would need to be loser to 90 days, since it would need to be brought before the Planning Commission and then set for a City Council public hearing, she then explained the necessary procedures that take place following the hearing..
